📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on retail outlets to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stores are well-stocked with the latest products.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new retail outlets, including shelving, signage, and point-of-sale systems.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both employees and customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with retail managers and other support staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field support, retail operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of store cleanliness and organization.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, store setup, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various retail locations.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP Retail or Oracle Retail, is a plus.
