Business Development Internship - Global Supplier Sourcing

Based in Canggu, you'll work closely with our team to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and reliability. As a Business Development Intern at TWY Search International, you'll be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of suppliers, from small local businesses to large multinational corporations. Your responsibilities will include market research, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management. You'll also have the chance to travel and visit suppliers in person, gaining valuable insights and building strong relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for our global clients.
• Evaluate and assess suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
• Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and compliance.
• Coordinate with our team to onboard new suppliers and integrate them into our supply chain.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supplier performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support the team in attending trade shows, exhibitions, and supplier visits to build relationships and generate leads.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
