📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit payments.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll disbursements, working closely with the HR team.
• Leverage SAP Payroll and Excel for data management and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company payroll policies.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a mining or industrial sector.
• Certification in SAP Payroll or equivalent payroll software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
