📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on luxury and exotic vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools like Autel MaxiLink and Snap-on diagnostic software.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections, ensuring all vehicles meet manufacturer specifications.
• Work on high-performance engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components, using specialized tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, attending workshops and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior mechanics, sharing your expertise and experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, with a focus on luxury or exotic vehicles.
• Certification in advanced automotive repair techniques, such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools like Autel MaxiLink and Snap-on diagnostic software.
• Strong understanding of high-performance engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with luxury and exotic vehicle brands, including but not limited to Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley.
