📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate schedules for dental practitioners, support staff, and administrative personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Monitor patient flow and optimize clinic efficiency to improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and regional leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the dental industry.
• Strong understanding of dental clinic operations and patient care processes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and dental management software such as Dentrix or Practice Fusion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in dental practice management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
