🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the culinary industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-end culinary operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience with sustainable sourcing and local ingredient procurement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software such as Toast or Square.
