Sun Base Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and outgoing Telemarketing Specialist to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Maintain and update customer databases.,Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.,Meet and exceed sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
