Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including manuals, guides, and API documentation.,Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with designers and developers to create user-friendly documentation and support materials.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and accurate writing style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with markup languages such as HTML, XML, or Markdown.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
