DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the logistics and supply chain sector. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, logistics, and supply chain management, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and profitability in the logistics and supply chain sector.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, and partnership development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure business success.,Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute logistics and supply chain solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.,Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.,Prepare and present business development reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.,Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, logistics, or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving growth.,Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
