📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR, and share knowledge with the team.,Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
