📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our property development projects.,Identify and target potential buyers and investors, both locally and internationally.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and coordinate with sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
