Sales Engineer (Polymer & Plastic Industry) - Bali, Indonesia

Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality polymer and plastic products to clients in the region. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide technical support to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Promote and sell Kingfa's polymer and plastic products to clients in Bali and the surrounding region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to develop new products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the polymer and plastic industry, preferably in a sales or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of polymer and plastic materials, processes, and applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business travel.
