📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assisting in the organization and execution of promotional activities and events.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock availability.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team.,Training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent service quality.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
