Indonesia Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with health insurance and other benefits.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
