Shop Up Cemerlang is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we have the right products at the right prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to meet purchasing needs and deadlines.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the purchasing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
