Operations Engineering Support Specialist - Manufacturing & Technology Solutions

As an Operations Engineering Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless production, and driving efficiency in our Badung, Bali facility.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, such as Industry 4.0 solutions and advanced automation systems. Your daily tasks will include monitoring production lines, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Implement Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced automation systems to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to production teams and address their needs promptly.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
