📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.,Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including patient rooms and common areas.,Promote a positive and respectful work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients.
