📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response to security incidents.
• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect Hong Leong Bank's network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, including communication protocols and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures into the overall IT strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the security infrastructure.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the state of the network security and any emerging threats.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network security operations, with a proven track record in managing NSOC teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or IBM QRadar.
• Knowledge of cloud security and experience with cloud-based security services (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
