📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.,Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.,Maintain and update technical documentation and drawings.,Participate in safety and quality assurance initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of leading engineering projects to successful completion.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and industry standards.,Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
