📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure of the company,Provide technical support to employees and resolve any technical issues,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems,Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures,Conduct regular training and development for IT staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective use of IT resources,Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's business goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Experience with IT security and risk management,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
