As a Kitchen Staff at Remah Dan Tatakan, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our head chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes that cater to our diverse customer base. You’ll use our state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, including our commercial ovens, grills, and fryers, to create dishes that are not only delicious but also visually appealing. Our kitchen runs on a 24-hour schedule, so you’ll need to be adaptable and ready to work in shifts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indonesian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Work closely with the head chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including during peak hours.
• Contribute to the team’s success by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
