Sumber Elsa Medical Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
