Salon Sari Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the café industry. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the café is maintained to a high standard.,Manage the café's budget and financial performance, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and controlled.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Lead and mentor the café's staff, providing training and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the café's operations align with the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the café or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of café operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
