📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve our marketing strategies.,Manage our social media presence and engage with our audience.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.,Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.,Work closely with the product development team to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the rubber industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp is a plus.,Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus.
