Klinik Wati Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and ensure availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and teams.,Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting.,Ability to work in a hybrid model (office and field).
