As the Human Capital and People Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive HR programs, leveraging tools like Workday and BambooHR to streamline processes. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic Human Capital initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
Design and execute HR programs using Workday and BambooHR to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.
Partner with managers to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Capital and People Experience Management.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR programs.
Strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday and BambooHR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
Analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive data-driven decisions.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
