📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret fleet data using tools like GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
• Implement and monitor fleet management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with mechanics, drivers, and other stakeholders to address maintenance and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of vehicles to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption and operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in Fleet Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
