📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the daily operations of the sales counter.,Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Promote and upsell products to customers.,Assist in preparing and updating sales reports.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and transaction processing systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
