📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and tools.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Support the Production Staff in achieving production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address issues.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Good understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.,Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
