📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the crew in performing daily tasks and maintaining the workplace.,Support the crew in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.,Assist in quality control and inspection of products.,Help in maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the workplace.,Support the crew in meeting production targets and deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Help in organizing and maintaining inventory and supplies.,Support the crew in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a crew member or similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving heavy objects.,Good time management and organizational skills.
