📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef.,Proven track record in restaurant or catering industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
