📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and qualify potential customers for used car financing.
• Present and explain financing options to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and benefits.
• Assist in the documentation and processing of loan applications.
• Monitor and track customer accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with loan agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
• Strong understanding of used car financing products and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
