📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the restaurant.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory checks and ordering.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good physical fitness and stamina.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
