📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to athletes.
• Mentor and guide emerging talent, helping them to reach their full potential.
• Organize and participate in training sessions, workshops, and competitions.
• Collaborate with coaches and other sports professionals to ensure the highest standards of athlete development.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of athletes, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Assist in the coordination of sports events and competitions, ensuring smooth operations.
• Promote the values and mission of Bangka Belitung Sports Academy to athletes and the wider community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in athlete development or coaching.
• Certification in sports coaching or a related field (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of sports training principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sports management software (e.g., TeamSnap, SportsEngine).
• Passion for sports and a commitment to helping athletes succeed.
