📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Provide information and advice on banking products and services.,Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and account information.,Assist in the processing of loans and other financial products.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, patient, and professional.,Assist in the management of cash and other banking supplies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.,Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software.,Ability to work in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
