📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels using POS systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Conduct regular stock checks and replenish inventory as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail or hospitality software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
