📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following all health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation and plating.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals for customers with specific dietary requirements.,Support the kitchen team in achieving daily production targets and maintaining high standards of food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an Assistant Kitchen Staff or similar role is preferred but not required.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
