📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Support the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT needs are met.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and security.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Support the backup and recovery of IT systems and data.,Assist in the procurement and management of IT assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software.,Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes is a plus.
